Hi! I'm Gregory, a certified Meditation Teacher, Sound-Based Wellness Practitioner & founder of Further North Wellness.I am dedicated to fostering balance with my offerings by prioritizing empathy, positivity, and gratitude.My wellness journey began in a cloud forest on the slopes of the Hualālai Volcano on Hawaii's Big Island, where I connected deeply with the transformative power of meditation and sound. Bringing that energy back to Montana I studied with local mentors in the Pacific Northwest and renowned sound practitioners in Chiang Mai, Thailand. My wellness journey spans Asheville, Austin, and Hawaii, though my heart remains in Missoula.Certified by the Yoga Alliance (YACEP), I have also received the Five Mindfulness Trainings through Ordination Teacher 'Master Trung Quang Nhat Hanh' of the Lam Te (Linji) Dhyana School.Through ordination I have received the Dharma name of Ever-Deepening Mindfulness of the Source.
